Opens an MQTT connection with the specified parameters.
Parameters
- address: string
  The address of the MQTT broker.
- username: string
  The username for the MQTT connection.

  The password for the MQTT connection.
- keepAliveIntervalInSecs: number
  The keep-alive interval in seconds.
Returns MqttConnection
The MQTT connection object.
